Rehab aide training

Hi,
I'm working on a project to upgrade rehabilitation aide (basic physio and OT, local provider) curriculum in a developing country. Our training program is currently 9-months, including clinical and classroom. We are looking at making an additional 2 year program as well.

Does anyone know of any other similar programs that we can use to refer to as precedents?
