Tibia bone fractured

Dear Sir,

I am a patient of displesea since childhood. I am dwarf. with 4'7" height. I wear calipers in my both legs. 19 Feb 2010 I met an accident. and both the bones under knee (Tibia and supporting bone). of right leg broke away. In the surgery Titanium plates have been implanted. I am on complete bed rest. I would like to will my bones and muscles able to handle the weight of my body. will I ever be able to walk again.
Please suggest me some exercises, which, I need to do, once surgeon allows me to go for physiotherapy.
