outcome measures for patellofemoral syndrome

I am currently looking into finding an outcome measure to use within our physio department to assess patello femoral problems pre and post treatment. The most user friendly and reliable measure I have come across so far is the modified functional index questionnaire. Does anyone use anything else and does anyone know of any useful references ?

The MFIQ was rearched by James Selfe. There was an article in physiotherapy last year I think or maybe the year before. Sorry dont know the exact reference.
