The babinski reflex is a sign of serious neurological disease so that is highly unlikely to be the cause (although possible). More likely is that you have a deformity of the big toe caused by an imbalance of the muscles that bend and straighten the toe at the various joints. there are a variety of deformities of the toes and they often are linked to changes in the arch of the foot (eg flat feet or pes cavus). Alternatively it might just be the shoe that doesn't fit the shape of your foot very well and is too tight around the big toe.
Get a phyiso to look at it if you are concerned.
