I just moved back to London from Toronto with 7 years experience in out-patient orthopaedics. What would be the going commission for a private clinic. Ive been offered 40% but this would be OK for a new grad in Canada. Surely the clinics should be offering between 45 and 50% for someone with 7 years experience and post grad courses in manual therapy??
