Personal Alarm Systems for Elderly in the UK

I was wondering wether anyone has a good recommendation for the gold standard of personal alarm systems for the elderly who are living alone. In Australia we used to use VitalCall which was worn around the neck. Can you perhaps suggest some leads in the UK marketplace?
