Working whilst travelling - possible?

Hello!

I'm fortunate enough to be in the position to travel the world in about a years time, albeit on a strict budget! By then I'll be pretty newly qualified (I'm about to start my 3rd year) and will hopefully have a few months working experience under my belt.
I'm hoping that I'll somehow be able to work whilst I'm away, as we are planning to make extended stays in various countries.

I'm just looking for some advice from anyone who has done anything similar? How easy/difficult it was/problems/best ways to go about it? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I know it is often necessary to take exams/courses in order to equate UK Physio quals to those in other countries and most countries require you to register with their version of the HPC etc which takes time. Does anyone know of places where there are exceptions to this? eg. private practice.
Oh, I'll be APPI qualified and will have a level 4 SMA sports massage qual too.
