choosing FCCPT services

hi im savvy, i stay in california with a H4 visa, im planning to apply for FCCPT, but got stuck in choosing type of service. type 1 provides a healthcare worker certificate, only credential evaluation will not? can anyone tell me what is the exact necessity of healthcare worker certificate and what is the advantage of type1 service over credential evaluation service in FCCPT.im not sure but i came to know that licensure exam is not required to apply for a job if we have a healthcare worker certificate is that so??? please somebody help me through this.
