Broken Femur 1 year later

Hi,

I broke my femur (clean break in the middle) in a motor bike accident in Thailand 13 months ago where they put a plate in with bolts.

It has taken me 8 months to walk again and last month my physio said i can start jogging again. The limping has stopped where my jogging isn't in rhythm. I feel a little bit of pain where the break was at times. Mainly when i walk alot i start limping again.

My question is that i'm a very active person that does martial arts and kick boxing. Will i ever be able to do high impact sports again? I'm 30 years old and just want my normal life back! My physio can't give me an estimate where i was thinking of joining the army next year!
