I am Peadiatric physical therapist (just finished my exams). I am employed here in India, What I feel is that we dont have a proper assesment tool for CP. I would like to appeal to You all to help me find or formulate a new one.

Hi, i have a 3 to 4 pages assessment proforma for C.P. which i got from HOD of Occupational therapy department of a delhi govt. hospital 2 years ago during my bachelors.
But i will have to scan it & then i will send to u.

What kind of background education did you recieve and which subjects are included in your PPT exams? Does it mean you have followed a NDT/Bobath course? I have no idea and it does help clarify your question.

Dear Ester Mam,
I did my bachelors degree as Physical therapy (4 years and six month intern). Then Post graduate diploma in Development therapy( CP and other neurological conditions)
In PG we most of the times rely on NDT/
