Best Ankle Supporting football boots??

Hi there,

I am looking for someone who knows about footwear that supports the ankle. about 3 years ago i rolled my ankles and by the end of the year it had happened about 7 times without me having any real treatment (self administered, RICE etc) i then went about having proper treatment and now do a lot of work on lower leg strength and proprioception. bosu and trampette work especially. i am trying to get back into football and have now started trying to work in some plyometric training as well. the problem is when i play it always takes about a week to recover from each game or training session whereas i can run normally pain free.

I want to know if there are brands or specific models of football boots which are designed for athletes like me who are returning from instability and want a bit of extra support??

Any thoughts will be very greatly received as i am desperate to get back into sport properly after taking 18 months off to recover.
