Pain and bump on inside calf

So I've recently started running every day about 3.5 weeks ago. I run about 2.2 miles and I've noticed a pain in my right leg about four inches above my ankle bone on the inside of my leg. I feel the pain when I run, sometimes when I walk, and when I walk down stairs. There's also a bump where the pain is.....is this something serious or just related to my "out-of-shapeness" lol.

well mostly its shin split,This is an impaction injury; but take x-ray of your leg and get the report till then u can avoid walking,jumping,running go for foot raise mean dorsiflexion should do twice a day 20 to 30 rep if possible u can increase it,end concept is that your muscle of shin should develope to hold the structure.
