Hi everyone
Hopefully someone may have some experience or knowledge of this to help me.
I am looking to set up a private clinic in a town centre and am hoping to do so in a serviced office.
Has anyone got any input on this?
Is there any problem with regards to needing d1 usage (or not)

Yep you need the correct usage on the space. Sometimes if a landlord is having trouble filling their space they may apply for a specific variation for you. That will cost them so you won't be able to deal as much on it.
If they do it off the books they can get rid of you anytime they like so beware.
