Career option as H4 visa

Hi,
I am on H4 here in USA. I would appreciate if somebody gives me guaidance. I was doing Bachelor of physical therapy in India before coming to USA. I have completed the coursework of my bachelors except 6 months of internship. I have following questions
1. Can i do 6 months of practical training or internship here in USA to complete my degree?
2. i also thought of an option of doing PTA here. Can i get H1B if I do PTA and dont have bachelors degree.(i was thinking this option as indian educated PTs are not allowed to take NPTE for some time now). i read in some forums that people are working as PTA on H1B

What is the best option for me or is there any other option u guys can think of like doing any other courses here in USA which are similar to PT and can give me H1B
