pelvic tilt in CP
I would like any ideas on activities to improve posterior pelvic tilt ie the pelvis is anteriorly tilted. Have tried "cat back" arching, crook lying, stretching hamstrings and low back, squashing a ball at lumbar spine on wall in standing. The child is six, and cant seem to activate the right muscles. At present trying mini situps ie just lifting head up!

re: pelvic tilt in CP
Bridging activities in supine might help in getting the right action from the child. try the ball squashing in this position, may get better results as gravity assisted. Maybe try more specific isolated pelvic tilt from that positin. Good luck!! It's challenging enough getting some ADULTS to pelvic tilt!
