Neck pain after a gymnastics injury

Was just wondering if anyone could help me. Basically 6 months ago I landed on my head whilst doing gymnastics, initially I had pain over the bones and a restricted range of movement. I had x rays of my neck which showed nothing. After about 2 months I felt a twinging between my shoulder blade and neck on the left hand side whenever I turned my head to the left. I was having physio at the time and was told that it would disappear with time. 4 days ago I woke up feeling like I'd slept awkwardly on my neck, it was really stiff. As the day went on it didn't feel any better and now whenever i turn my head to the right i get a tight muscle feeling on the left from the bottom of my head down to my shoulder and the twinging feeling has got considerably worse. If anyone can give me any advice on this it would be great.
