I have a client who had a whiplash injury a couple of years ago. Since then she periodically has lateral neck and yoke pain associated with active trigger points. This seems to be precipitated by exposure to cold, particularly from air-conditioning. It settles with manual de-activation of the trigger points and TNS, but I am looking for a way to reduce the sensitivity to cold. Anyone have any solutions or ideas?
