circumductory gait in child

i am having 2 yr.old baby girl walking with circumductory gait with lef tlegthere is no limb-length discripency. she didn't learn to crawl she skipped that milestone. her sitting to standing transition is not normal. she stands with keeping her left leg in side cross. she usally runs with keeping her left leg in circumduction.

what should i do for her ? what all exercises i should include for her home programme.
please guide me.

i would suggest some walking up and down steps with her hands held to improve hip flexion with knee flexion and better knee control. Also have hips checked out.
