need info on hyperhydrosis (sweaty palms)

Look for this as a side effect of hypoglycaemia, particularly in the inability of the body to utilise available glucose stores more than an absolute lack of glucose. Chromium may be related to it as it has a relationship between glucose levels and blood pressure.
