I'm presenting a lecture next week on Evidence-Based Physio for low back pain and neck pain.
I'm a manips myself, so not too familiar with the research on ultrasound, laser, interferential, thermotherapy etc...
Is anyone aware of any current Systematic Reviews on the topic?
