which state in USA

hi everybody,
Had a few questions.
[*]which state is the best in terms of money jobs and living life ie. quality
how much should a physio practicing for 4 years expect to earn in USA
anybody knows any good agents who can sponser the credenteling, exam expenses and sponser my H1B visa?

I am presently in Ireland but basic qualification is from India.
