Sponsor/Mentor Required

Hi, I am a new graduate from the UK and have a keen interest in the musculoskeletal side of Physiotherapy.
Since my final year of my degree i have wanted to come to Australia and work out there.
From my experience i understand the new graduates from the UK require a sponsor/mentor to supervise them.

So if anybody is offering a sponsorship/mentoring scheme i would be very interested, otherwise if you could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

I graduated in September of 2010 and have been working part time from two private practices since October 2010, i have also had experience in terms of placements/work experience with elite/professional sports teams here in the UK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
