Physio Friends
Hi I'm a physio working in Rural Victoria, Australia. I would love to have other physio's to chat to now and then. I work in private practice, long hours, trying my best to satisfy my clients, without many breaks. I believe that many hands on physios work really hard, with not much recognition for their efforts. I see patients for a full 1/2 hr session with over half to all of that time hands on..how do others cope and save their thumbs!!??

re: Physio Friends
hello Nette! I am a physiotherapist from Malaysia and right now i'm going to specialize in Spinal Rehab and Orthopaedics soon. You mentioned using your thumbs a lot....for soft tissue manipulation or joint mobs or myofascial release? Do ALL our patients really need to have all these treatments???? Take care of your thumb Nette! You're gonna get OA soon!
