On November 3rd, 2010 I broke my left radius and had a hyper extended elbow joint (MTB accident). The radius was plated 2 days later and I had a cast for about 3 weeks.
The range of motion is still very limited.
Due to my current work situation my insurance does not cover physio and I have a rather limited budget. I was just wondering if someone is looking for a case study and give me advice for recovery.
I am 32 years old and physically in good shape (as well as mentally :)). I do mountain biking, rock climbing and Alpine Touring. Therefore it is rather frustrating to not be able to use my arm the way I'd like to use it...
