Looking for physio school

Greetings,
I've just joined this forum after reading so many threads. I am currently a senior in high school in Romania and I am looking to continue my education by studying physiotherapy somewhere. Well this is the problem and here is where I need you kind help. I am looking to go to a University somewhere in Europe where tuition isn't too expensive or is even free. I cannot afford to pay 5000 euro for one year. I am fluent in English, Romanian (obviously) and know some French.
So if you could direct me towards some universities or at least give me some websites where I can look for universities I would greatly appreciate it.
