Program Overview
• Program Length: 2 years
• Program commencement: July 2011
• Cost: $36,000 AUD per year
Program Highlights
• Integrates a strong professional practice component
• Implements a series of problem based clinical studies to train students to be flexible and adaptable
• On your successful completion of this course, you will be eligible to register with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. If you would like to transfer back and practice in Canada you are able to apply for credentialing to determine eligibility to take the PCE through the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators
• Graduates are prepared for a variety of career opportunities
Entry Requirements
• GPA: 3.0/4.0 or a 75% cumulative average
• Admission is competitive and is based on Grade Point Average (GPA)
• Completion of the following subjects at the undergraduate level through a relevant Health Sciences related degree (e.g. Bachelor of Human Nutrition, or Human Biology, including exercise physiology):
- Functional Anatomy
- Physiology of Exercise
- Physiology of Biomechanics
