How's job market in Australia? Is it really good?

I have just arrived in South Australia. 'Physiotherapist' is still under the job demand list for the immigration here. However, I don't see a few job postings and almost none from hospitals in the last few months. Is the job demand just localized to somewhere in Queensland, NSW and Victoria as I see more job ads there.

Which period of time during a year will there be more job ads? I expected there will be kind of more after the new year but it seems not at all.

A bit frustrated as I don't really want to move again to another state.
