I have a patient who plays rugby and presented with AC Joint separation of 12 mm. He is keen to go back to play rugby and is on conservative physiotherapy management. I have tapped his shoulder and put him off contact sports for a few weeks. He is on specific strengthening program as well. I am looking at getting him some form of protective gear for him to wear when he gets back into play. Does anyone have any suggestions?
