I'm 26 years old male just suffered from medial meniscal with ACL tear and my doctor recommended an immediate surgical arthroscopy. The thing i'm asking about is if there is a possibility of postponing the surgery and if yes how long i could postpone it ? And what will be the consequences of the postponing& if there any precautions i should be aware of like wearing a knee support or physiotherapy to strenghthen the knee muscles ?
