Treatment Plans

Hi all,

I struggle with advanced treatment plans

Does any body have a worked example of problem list, treatment plan, scientific rationale etc.

Perhaps this is something we can develop ourselves. Would love to hear peoples opinions.

It is good and profesional to concider the ICF when making a treatment plan. To involve a treatment on the levels for Structure, Function, Activity and Participating.
And anwser for every level the question What, How, any Why are you treating?
Example: LEVEL STRUCTURE: What? Gluteus Maximus, How? Bridging, Why? for easier sit to stand transfer.
And then also for other levels.

I agree completely and I (try) to use the ICF as much as possible. However, I am unsure if what I am writing is correct. I was hoping if anybody could upload a sample treatment plan using the ICF so I can see if what I'm doing is correct.

I'd love to see a good example to compare my own work against. I find it a difficult skill.
