i have an 87 year old patient who fell about a month ago resulting in a left sternoclavicular dislocation. He has no pain anywhere really and has full range of motion both active and passive of the shoulder joint but his clavicle is protruding anteriorly at the joint. He hates the look of it and wants it back to normal. How do i manage this dislocation? please help..
