i am second yr student in india i want to know whether any university in india is offering b.p.t for 4 nhalf yr and if ;does it any way differ from those having 3 and half yr duration . we see many B.P.T people placing Dr. ahead of their name is it legally correct. is it possible anyway for b.p.t students in india to use doctor with their names ..
