Oncology & palliative care forum??

Hi all,
I am new to this site and to online forums, so please forgive for any mistakes I may make. I was just looking at the forum - loads of info on here, but was a bit disappointed to see no section for 'oncology and palliative care'. I am sure there are other physios and rehab professionals out there who work in these areas and would love to link up and share knowledge and learning with like minded colleagues from around the world. How do we get a group on this forum?
