Running and cycling Lands end to John O'Groats and back

Wondered if anyone out there would be able to help some friends of mine cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats and back again. 1800 miles in the month of May 2011 in aid of starlight Childrens Charity.

What they are doing is incredible and they really need any support or help they can get to keep them on their feet.They are already struggling with shin splints, knee pain etc! Some would say they are mad!!:o Any help however small would be so appreciated, sports massage, treatment of any kind. Their route is to the west of the country.
