legislation for physiotherapy

Hello,

Searching on Google I found your website.
I am a Dutch student physical therapy so I'm sorry for any strange words and grammar.
We have to give a presentation about the differences in legislation and rules between Holland and the UK, for physiotherapists.
We already found the websites of Health Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, but we still can not find answers to all our questions.

We have to answer questions like
- Is it possible to change your physiotherapist if you are not contented
- If you are to late, or even not there, for your consult, who is going to pay?
- if you your physical therapist injures you during a manual action, is it possible to sue him? And what if you hurt yourself (at the therapist, at the gym or at home) during exercises you have to do from your therapist?
- what if the therapist thinks a massage would be the best for you, but you don't like a massage? Or if the therapist thinks he is ready with your treatment but you think he can do some more?
- Are you required to let a student treat your, or is it possible to demand the ' real' therapist to treat you?

I really hope someone here can help me to find answers to these questions!
