Where to study Msc manual/musculoskeletal physiotherapy? UK or AUS

Hi everyone there?
I was considering to do a Master in Manual/Musuloskeletal physiotherapy, but Im not sure jet if it would be better to do it in the UK or in Australia.
I see the courses in the UK, have really little handson hours, but very strong theorie modules. I see there is a program in the UWA where you only have to do 12 hours of contact and the theorie you can study it at home.
If anybody has reserch this, or have done a Master either of the places, please share opinions.
