Working in the UK as a US qualified PTA.

Hi everyone,

I am a Brit living and working as a PTA in Boca Raton, Florida. Having attended University here in 2007-2009 to attain my Associate Degree, I have worked for a year in a busy Trauma Hospital in all departments, and am currently working in a long-term Acute Specialty Hospital. I am married to an US Citizen, and we want to make the move back to the UK, and I am wondering how my US qualification translates over there, or if it does, and what opportunities are available for me as a Physiotherapist Assistant, as I believe the title is not licensed in the UK ??
