Post Cardiothoracic surgery guidelines

Afternoon all,

I am sitting an exam on Friday on cardiothoracic surgery and physiotherapy interventions, and I am trying to find some guidelines for what normal practice is here in the UK. Ideally, I would like something along the lines of Day 1 post op do this this this, day 2 post op do this this this etc...

The icing on the cake would be if this was referenced to underlying evidence. If anyone has anything like this from an NHS trust they wouldn't mind sharing that would be fantastic. Failing that, anything that would point me in the right direction would be great.
