I am currently running a high end lower limb rehab class/circuit. The referral base is very broad, from OA knee to ACLR. Whilst the exercises are generic I feel the need to streamline it a bit better. I am not having much joy finding evidence or good criteria for producing a tool to assist referring clinicians.
Can anyone help or link me in the right direction?
