Working in the US - PPR Healthcare Staffing - Has Anyone Used??

Hi,
Have received an email from PPR Healthcare Staffing about an offer to work in the US. It is pretty amazing as they pay for all expenses paid week in Florida to sit the entrance exams; and on acceptance they organise and pay for an E3 visa, flight to the states, registration, insurance and much more.
It sounds a little too good to be true, and the contract agreement is very strict.
Has anyone had any experience with them? Good or bad?
