I'm in 3rd year of sports science degree, and have chosen to do a project on grip strength. I use a gyrociser as part of my climbing, but would like some opinions from physiotherapists, on what they think of it. Visited most web sites regarding the gyrociser, but didn't find them to be of much help. Any comments, etc would be great.
