UK Physio wanting to work in the USA - STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE :-)

Hi everyone,

Ive been reading round on this forum for a while trying to find my answers and thought after a while I had when a recruitment agency in the USA started to help me however their contract seemed unreasonable offering only 10 days holiday per year and having hidden costs. Thing is I am really wanting to go to the USA to persue my physiotherapy career as the UK has been at a stand still for such a long time. I had a brief discussion last month with the FCCPT about which check I would need to apply for and determined it would be the full type 1 and have also received all my documentation from my University. Can anyone enlighten me on the steps i need to take please. I am looking to work either in Florida, Virginia, Indiana, Georgia, NC or SC. Which states are easiest to get licensed in
