US therapist interested in locum work in the UK or New Zealand

hello, I am a PT working and from the US. I am interested in expanding my experiences and would like any information regarding what it's like to work in the UK or NZ. Also, if there are any US therapists out there presently working in the above mentioned countries I would love to hear from you. I would like to take my family and would be interested in a locum position of up to 3-4 months. I do realize there are certain permits that need to be attained, etc., but right now I am just interested in the personal experiences of others as it relates to working and living in either of these places.
