Management of Fluroquinolone-Induced Tendinopathy

Hi all, I work in an outpatient centre and have recently come across a gentleman with the above which has primarily affected the long finger and wrist extensors. I haven't come across this before but the reading I've done suggests that ultrasound and stretches are about the most effective treatment - and this seems to be working for him - but I was wondering if anyone had come across anything else that has proved to work well?
