Constantly tearing hamstring :(
Hi,everyone I was just wondering could anyone give me advice on preventing the upper part of my hamstring from tearing.My Physio says it it coming from my tight glutes.I also have a really tight lower back and groin.It seems to be all steming from glutes but no matter how hard i try my glutes are alway tight.Does anyone know what could be making my glutes contantly tight?

Whats your sport or occupation. Check the pelvis symmetry or if you are subject to anterior or posterior pelvic tilt
