Cracking of the left knee
Hi
I have recently started doing more exercise and was on a cross trainer, after I had finished there has been cracking in my knee. It isn't painful but i can hear and feel it crack.
The reason I have not been to the GP is that i am joining the army and if it shows up with joint problems on my medical history they might cancel my application.
I have heard of runners knee, is this a possible diagnosis
Thanks for your time

Re: Cracking of the left knee
Sounds like you were just running with a bit to much quads domination on the cross trainer. This is probably a simple alignment issue and a goos lower limb stretch should ease things back to normal. I shouldn't think that this would be an issue for the army unless it is accompanied by a former injury.
Re: Cracking of the left knee
Is there any stretches or exercises that could help?
Thanks
