[Need help here] Could anyone email me a NZ qualified graduate application form for registration at Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
Hi guys! I Need some help here: Could anyone email me a NZ qualified graduate application form for registration at Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand? See the following webpage:
The Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand > Registration - New Zealand Qualified Physiotherapists
I contacted with the board, but they said they wouldn't give me an application form if I haven't graduate. However, I still want to have a look at the application form to know all regulations and conditions I have to comply for registration and practicing.
If you could deliver me an application form as a sample, Please leave a response here and I will contact with you.
Thanks!

Hi,
sorry, haven't got a form.
But, ...
... the website includes an electronic version of guidance notes to complete the application form. It basically tells you what's on the application form.

All these topics should have been (or will be) covered in your programme. The standards are the 9 competencies and a minimum of 1000 hrs of clinical practice. Otherwise you need a police certificate, your degree certificate, fitness for practice certificate, referee info and some proof of identity. And the $$$.
What are you so worried about???
Regards,
Andrea

Hi would the 1000 undergraduate clinical hours that uk graduates have to acquire count?

????
UK graduates cannot apply for registration as NZ graduates.
Totally different process. As per Physioboard website: minimum entry criteria for overseas applicants to apply for NZ registration is a 3 yr degree (incl 1000 clinical placement hrs) + 1 year post grad experience.
