I had an fracture of lateral mallelous bone of right ankle on 12 Aug after which a cast was applied. Yesterday the cast was removed and I have started walking a bit. The X-ray shows that fracture is healed now.Can you please suggest me any exercise of ankle for speedy recovery and in how much time will I be able to walk and run as my professional demands requires so.
