Just wondering if therapists who are catching or suspicious of cervical myolopathy continue treating with a referral out or hold treatment? We were having a clinic discussion and looking for feedback. My thought was to continue to treat overall posture, education and postural strengthening that regardless of plan of care will be beneficial to the patient. I would hold on manual therapy at the cervical spine and address thoracic mobility as need. Any thoughts?
