Gaining extra general education credits

Hi,
I'm a British qualified Physiotherapist. I've recently been going through the Credentials Review process to hopefully eventually gain licensing in Texas. I've still not had the final report, but initial comments suggest that I'm going to be lacking general education credits, particularly in Chemistry with Lab, Physics with Lab and Mathematics. Obviously for the Chemistry and Physics, it won't be adequate for me to just take an online course, or the CLEP exams as I require the lab aspect. I'm hoping people can advise me on how it's best to go about obtaining these extra credits and how long it may take - is it easier to study in the USA, or gain the credits in the UK?
